- Check in after 3.00pm; check out by 10:00am
- Minimum stay: 2 nights. During school holidays a minimum of 3 nights applies.
- Christmas holidays: a minimum of 4 nights applies.
- No charge for babies less than one year old
- Deposit/credit card number required to confirm reservation
- Cancellation fee of 50% applies for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival; cancellations during school holidays require one month's notice to avoid cancellation fee; cancellations once a stay has begun may attract a 100% cancellation fee.
- Small dogs - under 10kg - are welcome.
